Founder's Note

The name Orilla means “shore” in Spanish — and that’s exactly where this journey began. After years of cooking, traveling, and learning from the vibrant towns that line the Mediterranean coast, I wanted to create a place that captures the spirit of those memories — the flavors, the energy, the simplicity, and the soul.

Orilla is my personal tribute to the Mediterranean way of life — blended gently with Asian touches that reflect my own roots and culinary path. Here, we cook with instinct, we serve with heart, and we build everything around connection — to food, to people, and to the moment.

The menu is inspired by land and sea, by street markets and family tables. It’s about honest ingredients, seasonal rhythm, and the kind of food that brings people together.

More than anything, Orilla is a place to slow down, share something meaningful, and feel at home — whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth.

I’m so grateful to welcome you here.

A MediterrAsian Journey Rooted in Soul

Orilla is a celebration of coastlines, flavors, and the stories that connect them. Inspired by the sun-drenched towns of the Mediterranean and the elegance of Asian kitchens, Orilla brings these traditions together — not as fusion, but as a respectful dialogue of cultures.

Here, food is led by feeling. Seafood arrives fresh, kissed by the sea. Herbs are torn, not trimmed. Citrus is squeezed just before it hits the plate. Every dish is guided by instinct, memory, and flame — crafted with care and meant to be shared.
