Chef Saradhi Dakara has been honoured with multiple accolades for his culinary excellence, including the prestigious Fuad Barahim Award from the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. He has also been inducted as a Maître Rôtisseur into the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. In recognition of his leadership and expertise, he was nominated as a member of the Chefs’ Irish Beef Club and currently leads its UAE chapter alongside Ilaria Zamperlin.

The Irish food board, Bord Bia, has revealed that New England Brasserie Company group executive chef Saradhi Dakara and Ilaria Zamperlin will lead the UAE chapter of the Chefs’ Irish Beef Club (CIBC).

Dakara and Zamperlin were inaugurated as the latest members at a special event held at Meat & Co. in Madinat Jumeirah on St Patrick’s Day (March 17) with the Irish ambassador to the UAE HE Aidan Cronin as the guest of honour.
